Homeless people forced from one camp to another

After people staying in a tent city near Third and Plum were forced out this week, some of that population has moved into other nearby camps. Advocates for the homeless say the city needs to work harder on providing long-term solutions to the homelessness issue, not just sweep the people affected by it out of sight.
