PRS Match Results - Earned 3rd Place!

Our December match is in the books now! I managed to finish in 3rd place overall!! 10 points behind 2nd, and I had a total throw away stage with a zero score!!

This is the range that works in some NRL Hunter type of stages. I have to admit, my eyes were not cooperating and I totally could not find some of the targets. On the Hunter stage, I completely missed the 2nd target and spent all the allowed time finding the first one. I did not even get my bolt closed on the clock! Terrible stage for me. Even if I scored half the points, I would have been happier. But, that is how it worked out for this one. I never saw the 2nd target, even after the stage. I just could not see it.
There was one of the prone stages that had a few targets I was losing in the backgrounds as well. I think I may need to test some glasses with different lenses to see if I can get the definition again. Might be time for Oakley Prizm lenses!!

So, after those stages I did poorly on, I picked it up and was doing well the rest of the day! I got 7 or 8 out of the possible 10 on the remaining stages. Once again, when I am on, I am on good! But when I am off, I fall apart.
My wind reading was much better this time. I am quite pleased with my Kestrel usage. I am getting much more confidence with that tool finally. I may be showing off some of the tricks I have figured out. Let me know if you are interested in that!
