Hashimotos Thyroiditis

Hashimoto's disease is a chronic autoimmune disease that affects your thyroid gland. It can cause lower-than-normal levels of thyroid hormone in your body.
Make sure youbcheck the following: TSH, free T3, free T4, reverse T3, TG, TPO.
A diagnosis of Hashimotos can only be made by checking the thyroid antibodies, TG and TPO.
