Plane crashes in Kazakhstan with dozens dead and others surviving

An Azerbaijani airliner carrying 67 people crashed near the city of Aktau in Kazakhstan on Wednesday, killing at least dozens who were on board, but also leaving survivors, according to Kazakh authorities.
