1. *Preparation:*
Find a mirror in your home or a place where you can spend 15 minutes privately.
Stand or Sit close to the mirror, ensuring you can focus on your image.

2. *Step 1: Gaze and Questions (5 minutes)*
Relax, breathe calmly, and look deeply into your eyes.
Ask yourself: "Who are you really?" and "Who am I really?"
Allow answers to come without judgment, maintaining your gaze.

3. *Step 2: Deeper Inquiry (5 minutes)*
Continue gazing into your eyes and ask: "Why are you here really?" and "Why am I here really?"
Let any answers come, filling the silence with your thoughts.

4. *Step 3: Releasing Unnecessary Attachments (5 minutes)*
Ask: "What are you holding on to that you don't really need?" and "What am I holding on to that I don't really need?"
Accept any discomfort or confusion that arises, and let the answers come naturally.

5. *General Guidelines:*
Breathe regularly throughout the exercise.
If you break your gaze, re-engage and continue.
Aim for 15 minutes but adjust if necessary.

6. *Frequency:*
Perform this exercise daily, or as often as you can, to gain deeper self-awareness and clarity.

➡️ Points to Remember:
