What was alleged United Health Insurance "CEO killer" Luigi Mangione's real MOTIVE?

Lots of speculation about Luigi Mangione, the alleged Health Care United CEO killer. Fans love him for his looks and/or his vigilante, Gotham style takedown of an "evil ceo", despite being a husband and father of 2. Others want blood like the death penalty for Mangione. Others mock his inability to pull of the caper and maybe even wanting to get caught. Few seem to know Brian Thompson, let alone care for his demise in a public execution on the streets of NYC.
