Why we're leaving our church

I thought I was coming in to do a short 3 minute video, and it turns out I was a lot more upset than I realized. I'm making this video as a very short summary of the struggles we have faced in our time as youth ministers at our Southern Baptist Church. while my faith is intact, we are definitely stepping away for a little bit. I'm pissed, I'm angry, and I'm not going to be trusting of church leadership for a little while. I pray if you are a believer, you understand my heart is not to tear down a church, but to see these negative things not repeat so that we can effectively reach people for the gospel of Jesus.
