855 RPM Compass Magnet Motor!!!

This time we are using a faster N20 DC gearmotor and a Rayovac Fusion 9 volt battery which is a little more powerful than the Duracell 9 volt battery we had before.

We get up to 855 before the Compass Magnet Motor goes out of phase. Out of phase means that the magnets are spinning in the opposite direction from the armature and don't apply much torque.

We think there might be some tweaks that can get our Compass Magnet Motor to go faster yet.
