Chocobrioche Delight, a combination of brioche and chocolate panettone

Ingredients

To activate the yeast:

1/3 cup of flour
1/4 cup of water or milk
5g of biological yeast
Dough:

3 eggs
40g of sugar
7g of salt
100g of butter
1/2 teaspoon of panettone essence
150g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
150g of white chocolate chips
Preparation method

In a bowl, add the water or milk, yeast, and flour. Mix well and let it sit for 30 minutes until the yeast activates.

Then, add the eggs, sugar, salt, butter, panettone essence, and flour. Mix well and knead the dough until it becomes smooth. If the dough sticks to your hands, gradually add more flour as needed. Let it rest for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough and incorporate the chocolate chips. Work the dough as shown in the video. Divide the dough into 8 pieces and shape into balls.

Place them in the desired baking pan. Allow the dough to double in size. Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (350ºF) until golden brown.

Let it cool and serve. Enjoy!
