💡 Step-by-Step Recipes:
1️⃣ Fall-Off-The-Bone BBQ Ribs

Ingredients:
Baby back ribs
1 cup apple juice
½ cup barbecue sauce (or more to taste)
Salt and pepper to taste
How to Make It:
Season the ribs, freeze in a meal bag, and cook directly in the Instant Pot (25 minutes thawed or 45 minutes frozen). Brush with BBQ sauce and broil for a delicious glaze.
2️⃣ Perfect Beef Pot Roast

Ingredients:
1 beef roast (about 3 lbs/1.5 kg)
1 onion, 3 celery stalks, 3 garlic cloves, 1 lb carrots
2 cups beef broth
3 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce
How to Make It:
Combine everything in a freezer bag. Cook in the Instant Pot for 90 minutes thawed or 120 minutes frozen. Pro tip: Leave it on "Keep Warm" after cooking for the most tender roast.
3️⃣ Chicken Nachos

Ingredients:
3 chicken breasts (1.5–2 lbs)
2 cups salsa, ¼ cup lime juice
1 packet taco seasoning, ⅓ cup chopped cilantro
½ cup water to avoid the burn notice
Tortilla chips and shredded cheese for serving
How to Make It:
Freeze all ingredients in a bag. Cook for 20 minutes thawed or 25 minutes frozen. Shred the chicken, layer it with chips and cheese, and broil for the perfect nachos.
