The passenger, identified as 30-year-old Jaclyn Marie Flury, claimed she had booked an aisle seat and rejected the middle seat assigned to her, attributing the error to the airline and stating it had derailed her travel plans to Alaska.

On November 2nd, 2022, officers were called to Tampa International Airport due to a disturbance involving a female passenger who was denied boarding because of suspected intoxication, resulting in a confrontation with airport staff. An officer informed the couple that Delta had rebooked their flight for the next day. Despite this explanation, the female passenger insisted on her rights and demanded to board the flight immediately.

On December 30th, 2023, the sheriff's office received a report of an intoxicated female passenger causing a disturbance on a plane. Deputies were dispatched to address the situation. When a deputy requested the passenger's ID, she accused him of not performing his duties correctly and referenced her own training at the police academy. Though this situation does not end well for her as she continues to press the issue.

On September 12th, 2023, the Fort Worth Police Department responded to an urgent call from Dallas-Fort Worth Airport about a disorderly female passenger who appeared intoxicated. Officers arrived to investigate the incident. American Airlines staff reported that Angela Nicole Killian had been abusive and attempted to hit them with her phone. Despite efforts to calm her, they were forced to remove her at the captain's request due to her disruptive behavior.
