The word 'uso' in Samoan means brother or sister. If it is a women speaking to her sister, she would call her 'uso' (sister). If it is a male speaking to his brother, he would call him, 'uso' (brother).
This advert focuses on two first cousins trying to one-up each other, but for one, she has to deal with the ultimate family shame of having a rebellious son who only thinks of himself. He makes a poor decision to drive while under the influence of alcohol. Luckily, he is stopped by a policeman before he could harm himself and others.
