Garuda is the symbol of self transcendence and the renouncing of material desires. Garuda overcomes the limitations of the physical world and obtains spiritual liberation. Embody the courageous, strong willed and determined nature of Garuda, the great protector who removes obstacles, provides protection and provides purification.

The figure of Garuda also holds a symbolic representation of freedom and liberation in Hinduism. His association with Lord Vishnu, the preserver and maintainer of cosmic order. He signifies the pursuit of liberation (moksha) as a path to break free from the cycle of rebirth (samsara). Garuda is often depicted as carrying individuals to salvation, representing the aspiration for spiritual emancipation.

The Garuda exists within us, and is felt through the qualities of freedom, bravery, justice, swiftness, and awareness.
