Thai Boat Noodles, Yummiest Noodles You'll Ever Eat! 🇹🇭

In this Bangkok food vlog we go for authentic thai boat noodles (kuay teow reua) at the Victory Monument, busy transport intersection with lots of thai street food all around. Thai boat noodle are also known as pork blood noodle due to the noodle soup being based on pork blood and soy sauce. Don't let the blood noodle soup scare you, it doesn't taste like blood ahah! The name of this dish, that is a staple of Thai cuisine and bangkok street food enthusiasts, derives from the fact that it used to be sold on boats around the canals of Old Bangkok hundreds of years ago.
