Financial Times has reported that Donald Trump plans to ask the NATO members to increase their spending commitment to 5% of their GDP. This is more than double of what they are currently spending. Nine NATO members can’t even achieve the 2% commitment at this point in time. Zelensky commits to carrying out more strikes into Russia and the IMF predicts that the conflict in Ukraine will stop at the end of 2025.
