Looking at Isaiah chapter 7 and how verse 14 fits in context with the passage. What an amazing thing the Incarnation of Jesus Christ is. To consider that He left Heaven to be born in a similar fashion as we are born, but without sin. To consider that the everlasting, eternal, infinite God was placed as a small baby in the womb of Mary. He was willing to come to earth to ultimately seek those that are lost and need salvation from the wrath of God. Jesus Christ paid the price for my sins and your sins as He was on the cross, Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; sacrificing His life for me and three days later, resurrecting from the dead.
The Incarnation of Jesus Christ is something we must remember along with His death, burial, and resurrection.
