Today we're making an Orange Bundt Cake!
You can't celebrate christmas without a good bundt cake on your table top. This bundt cake is filled with orange which balances out the sweetness.
Just go and make it, you will love it!

Ingredients:

FOR THE CAKE:
Butter= 225 g
Orange zest= 1 big orange or 2 small ones
Caster Sugar= 300 g
Self raising flour= 260 g (or use 260 g normal flour with 3 teapoons baking powder)
Eggs= 4
Orange juice= 2 tablespoons
Icing sugar= for dusting over the top

FOR THE DRIZZLE:
Orange Juice= juice of 1 big orange or 2 small ones

Oven temperature: 175 Celcius / 350 fahrenheit
Baking time: 35 to 45 minutes
