Christina, the Warrick County mother, provides an update to her son’s alleged rape charge. The Warrick County Prosecutor, Michael Perry, recuses himself from the case and assigns a special prosecutor at the additional expense of Warrick County Taxpayers. A court date is scheduled in January 2025 to determine if and when the case will proceed. Additional updates will be provided.
