Germany reels after deadly Christmas market car-ramming attack

The death toll continued to rise after a car-ramming attack at a German Christmas market in the city of Magdeburg that officials said also left over 200 injured. A Saudi man was arrested on suspicion of driving a car into the crowd. Fiona Jones reports.
