EP 34 - Govt Funding or Govt Smash & Grab

A Continuing Resolution should be to extend the debt, or raise the debt ceiling so the government can stay fully operating until next budget period. So why is there SO much spending on SO MANY OTHER items that have nothing to do with funding the Government? And WHY can't the government CUT spending to pay for this instead of once again, increasing the debt limits??? That WE the taxpayers have to pay for? WHY CAN'T WE CUT SPENDING?? They don't want to. No doubt.

Seems like the GOVT’s version of a SMASH AND GRAB to me.
