Their preferred method of concealment? The Continuing Resolution, a budgetary sleight of hand, or the so-called Supplemental budgetary allowance, pushed through under the guise of a Congressional Budget Emergency. This false threat of a government shutdown, a specter as real as a prehistoric myth, has been their tool to rush legislation through without proper scrutiny. All their hidden nuts and trust accounts, every theft and treacherous act is about to flood the land - and nothing can stop it from coming. The meltdown is here!
