Appellate Ct VACATES Tina Peters contempt conviction-other case to be resentenced-can retry for bail

Patrick Byrne 12/19 the appellate judge tossed Peters conviction on contempt of court, which uindoes the predicate for throwing the book at her in the main case which will now be re-sentenced, and she can try for bail again pending appeal.
Notice that people like SCOTT MCMAHAN accusing Lindell's team of setting her up, maintain that she committed an actual crime, Clay Parikh I would say DEBUNKED THIS on one of their spaces and they just told him how great he was, and they they go right on pushing the same theory, that she was setup. NO, THERE WAS NO CRIME COMMITTED, she was discharging the duties of her office as required by law, recording the EMS before it was tampered with. There are no voter records at all in that system, they're separated when the ballot comes out of the envelope, so what exactly is the charge, once again it's hard to understand.
