Tulsi Gabbard being targeted for surveillance under the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) “Quiet Skies” terrorist watch program (Judicial Watch Inc. v. U.S. Department of Homeland Security (No. 1:24-cv-03427)).
The Transportation Security Administration is a component of the Department of Homeland Security.
As noted in the December 11 court order, Judicial Watch seeks to expedite the lawsuit.
