In this part, we talk about the drones that have been developed years ago to fly underwater and surface and fly away all in one. Drones can even "swim" underwater then launch out and fly away. This technology was developed nearly a decade or so ago. With all that is going on, these are possibilities and we are seemingly being lied to.
