Maxine Waters — I think Pres Trump Is Vladimir Putin's Apprentice

After remarking on Trump’s apparent willingness to work with Trump and noting that she was not surprised by what happened in Helsinki, Waters said this about the president: “I think he is Putin’s apprentice. He’s been under his tutelage for a long time now… And the Republican party should be ashamed that they are allowing it to happen.”

She then ripped the Republicans she said had “no guts”: Republicans “They have no courage. They’re not standing up for America. I dare them to talk about how patriotic they are given what they are allowing this president to do.”

The California Congresswoman then warned unless the GOP takes strong action, he is going to bring Putin here and that’s going to be “another straw in his hat he can point to and say ‘see Mr. Putin I moving this forward.”
