It was another gloomy morning for Northeast Wisconsin but since the early afternoon, the skies have cleared from ths persistent stratus deck. High pressure is returning to the area and its influence is felt here even though the center of it is up in Hudson Bay. With mostly clear skies overhead and calm winds out of the north around 5 mph, temperatures will be in the upper 50s and lower 60s.  You will need the sunglasses as you head to work tomorrow because the day will be mostly sunny. Winds will be out of the north and northeast. High temperatures will be in the upper 70s by the lake, lower to mid 80s further inland.
