"And what's neat about this to me is, you know, certainly software is not going to solve your culture problems if you have them, right? That's a people thing. And you know, we help to educate folks around that.

"But what I do like is within our software, we do enable you to measure that, right? We have the ENPS score. And what, what I really love about that is you can put that side by side with what your performance metrics are. And you can see, right, how how does my culture and it and if it's going well, how, how well it's being rated essentially by the people within it, right?

"How does that score compared to my other scores, my resource efficiency scores, etcetera, etcetera. And you can draw those correlations yourselves. And that's going to help fleets, you know, maybe argue for resources, right? Or maybe identify that there needs to be some sort of organizational change, right? That needs to take that needs to happen.

"Because in the end, to your point, if folks aren't pride prideful about their work and like really trying to be great, well, that's that's going to show up and it's going to suffer and God forbid people going to get hurt, right? So, yeah, so that's a, that's a really neat piece. I think about what we do since we're focused on it."
