Keith Kellogg has stated that both Russia and Ukraine are ready for peace talks, even though all the evidence points to the contrary. He also presented some numbers which are very hard to believe and don’t make much sense either. Zelensky also made a statement, saying that Ukraine will not reduce the size of it’s army, even after a NATO invitation is received.
