Escaped Alien Convict - The Area 51 Incident

Richard Doty , who worked for the Air Force Office of Special Investigations (AFOSI) at Kirtland AFB in New Mexico from the late 1970s to the late 1980s…that job comes with above top secret clearance, when he first spoke out they said he was doing a PSYOPS and disinformation operations for the government.

He said he was a counterintelligence officer at Area 51 after that. He said he had access to reverse engineering projects.

He said back in the late 1800’s and early 1900’s about miners seeing balls of light flying around in mines.

Anyway, jumping to 1985 – to an incident at that occurred at Area 51 when an Insect Mantis Alien – called the Quantiloid, escaped and attacked a family who was camping nearby adjacent to Areal 51.

The escaped Alien killed a man name George. His wife and child escaped harm.

The US Military took the body for examination.

The wife had many questions were not answered.

On August 13th, Richard and another person went to visit George’s wife, Virginia. They informed her that her husband was killed by an escaped convict and that the convict was killed by the police.

A United States Air Force Mortuary Vehicle brought George’s body to a funeral home. When Virginia went to view it, the Mortician said his body was in pieces and should not be viewed.

The death statement said that George was found six miles inside the base, but his wife Virginia knew that the attack happened outside the base.

She had many questions. The Sheriff’s office didn’t help her as they did no investigating. The FBI referred her to the OSI – Office of Special Investigations of the Air Force.

Virginia drove to Nellis Air Force Base on October 5, 1985. She was told that an escaped convict killed her husband inside of the test range. That is not what Virginia witnessed.

The agents gave her the phone number of the base if she desired to file a claim.

Virginia settled with the Air Force for $105,000 and signed an NDA. Virginia never had her questions answered and she passed away in 2005 of natural causes.

Her son Billy, joined the USAF in 1992. Get ready for a wild story.

Billy became a security policeman assigned to Nellis Air Force Base and in 1995 he was reassigned to Groom Lake for over 12 years.

One night Billy asked his supervisor, MSG – (Mater Sergeant) Groh about the incident at Silverbow, without ever telling that his father was involved.

MSG Groh unbeknownst that it was Billy’s father, told Billy the story.

He said it was classified but it involved and escaped “visitor.”

He said the US Gov had visitors from other planets in captivity near Papoose Lake Complex. One of those visitors escaped and killed a man. The visitor was killed after this.

Billy told his supervisor that it was his dad and his supervisor was saddened to hear this. Billy never did find anything out and retired from the Air Force in 2012.

Now, jumping back to 1985 when the incident occurred. Richard Doty was awakened and informed to report to get ready for an investigation. He was told that a visitor has escaped from S-2 Annex. They needed help searching for this visitor.

About an hour and a half later at the OSI office at Groom Lake, Richard was advised the situation had taken place near Silverbow, Nevada and that someone was dead.

The creature didn’t eat George, but it killed him.

There were orders to shoot and kill the visitor and the did just that.

When Richard arrived the visitor was laying on the ground with a tarp over it. This particular species emits toxic fumes when it decays, so they had to observe from some distance.

Richard was issued some gas masks and he went over to have a look and he said it looked just like a Praying Mantis. A huge 7 foot tall praying mantis.

The killing of George was near Silverbow, so Richard went there where there was a Sheriff and Fish & Wildlife person, where he did his investigation and took pictures of the blood and so forth. Then a detailed report was put together.

Richard says he knows the case number and has tried to get it to see the full report but he says it was all redacted.

In 2019, some other people within Richard’s group, sent in a FOYA request and received a letter saying “this report is properly classified.”

He tried in 1993 and received all redacted.

He tried in 2005 and received a 34 page document, but most was worthless.

Now in the 2019, when we are supposed to have disclosure, he receives absolutely nothing.

He called the OSI office and asked why he received some information in 1993 and some in 2005 and now nothing in 2019? The FOYA monitor replied “I don’t’ know.”

Richard requested to speak with somebody in the Office of Primary Responsibility – OPR, the request was made and Richard didn’t think he would ever hear anything back.

In January of 2020 Richard received a call from Air Force Office of Special Investigations – from Special Projects department.

It was a call from someone who used to work with Richard way back in the day and now works in Special Projects.

Richard said “I want a copy of this report”, the man replied “well, that’s your report Richard” -- “Yeah I know it is mine but I want a copy of it so I can talk about it.”

He said it cannot be released.

Richard asked: “how can you justify it being classified all these years?”

He said “I’m not at liberty to discuss that with you on the phone.”

He said if something is “Properly Classified” it is EXEMPT from Disclosure.

Richard said – “what if I go out and talk about this incident, what do you think they will do to me?”

He said – “I don’t think they do anything to you.”

Richard Doty says that he cannot tell everything but he can say that the government has captured “visitors” and they are in an underground prison and he was involved with the investigation of one of those visitors, that had the appearance and features of a tall Praying Mantis who killed a man named George.
