What is the distinction between Russian and Ukrainian genetics?

Colonel Macgregor just confirmed that there are/were organ farms at the Kharkov Institute, which aligns with accounts given by Russian soldiers on TikTok videos. In those videos, the soldier(s) describe horrifying scenes of children chained up like farm animals and pits full of body parts, like something out of a horror film. Colonel Macgregor also says that at this same institute, the Ukrainians (CIA?) developed special bioweapons that could specifically target Russian genetics, and not harm Ukrainian genetics.
