SUV Crashes Through Houston Barbershop, Injuring Multiple People

On December 15, 2024, a distressing incident unfolded in Houston, Texas, when an SUV crashed through multiple businesses in a strip mall, resulting in several injuries, including to an 11-year-old boy. Surveillance footage from 32 Degrees Barbershop on Westheimer near Highway 6 captured the vehicle, identified as a Porsche Macan, plowing through a side wall around 12:15 p.m.

The sequence of events began with the SUV entering the strip center through the front of a church. It then proceeded to drive through four interior walls, impacting several businesses before coming to a stop inside a gun shop. During this destructive path, the vehicle struck an 11-year-old boy, propelling him into the adjacent massage parlor. The child sustained internal bleeding and was promptly taken to the hospital for surgery. Additionally, a woman inside a dress shop was injured and hospitalized, while other victims suffered non-life-threatening injuries.

The driver, who had reportedly just come from treatment at a nearby dialysis center, mentioned recalling backing up and moving forward but had no memory of the subsequent events until regaining consciousness inside the building.
