LOSER: AOC fails to gain enough support to win top Democrat in the House Oversight Committee

Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-NY, lost a key show of support Monday in her push to serve as the top Democrat on the House Oversight Committee. House Democrats' Steering and Policy Committee voted to recommend Rep. Gerry Connolly, D-Va., as ranking member.
