Howdy Partners. It does appear that I have restored my video quality back to normal, but I still suck at the game lol. My recording software (OBS) keeps skipping every time I trim my videos up, not sure why. But that is why it seems to pause every time I transition

I have never played Skyrim in my life, I don’t know anything about it. Got any suggestions on the route I should take? Lmk down ⬇️ below.
