In the dream, it was Christmas morning, and I was enjoying a cookie with coffee and Baileys Irish Cream while opening presents. The combination was so delicious that when I woke up, I knew I had to recreate it. I used a basic cookie recipe, adding Baileys and chocolate chips for extra flavor, then drizzled the cookies with a coffee glaze. The result was a magical fusion of all those cozy Christmas morning flavors, and I just had to share it with you.
