Zelensky stated that Ukraine is unable to retake Crimea and Donbas militarily, as they simply lack the strength. They are hoping to get those territories back by using diplomatic leverage. The Russian authorities have arrested an Uzbek national who has admitted to planting the bomb that killed general Igor Kirrilov, at the orders of Ukraine's SBU.
