Moscow explosion: Bomb kills chief of Russian nuclear protection

Ukraine's security service says it was behind the killing of a high-ranking Russian general in Moscow. Igor Kirillov-who was in charge of Russia's nuclear, chemical, and biological defence was killed by a bomb hidden in an electric scooter. He's the most senior Russian officer killed in the war with Ukraine.
