Russian General Kirillov Killed for Exposing Pentagon-Run Biolabs in Ukraine and Africa?

☣️It was reported last year that the US is expanding its biological military presence across Africa. Because Russia has managed to halt the implementation of biological warfare programmes in Ukraine’s liberated territories, the Pentagon is forced to transfer incomplete research under Ukrainian projects to other regions, with Africa as a new zone of interest for the US Defence Department and related agencies. Pentagon contractors are acting in this regard in several African countries, including the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Sierra Leone, Cameroon, Uganda, and South Africa.

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Radiation, Chemical and Biological Defence Forces, who was assassinated in Moscow on December 17, 2024 told the Zvezda TV channel studio before his death.

“Thanks to the special military operation, most of the programmes in Ukraine have been shut down by the United States. But there is the second side of this coin. Part of the work they are transferring or trying to transfer to Africa. Some of the work they are trying to transfer to the territory of the former Soviet republics,” he said at the Army-2024 forum.

According to Kirillov, not all laboratories in Ukraine have closed down – at the end of 2023 and at the beginning of 2024, some facilities resumed work.

General Kirillov, head of Russia’s Radiological Chemical and Biological Defense Forces, gained prominence due to his regular appearances at military briefings, accusing the Kiev regime and its US patrons of operating biolaboratories and using chemical weapons.

Earlier similar information was reported by Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Alexander Babakov. He said that the Pentagon was moving unfinished bio-research from Ukraine to Africa. In response to the US activities, the lower house of the Russian parliament started preparing a corresponding appeal to the UN.

Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, the head of the Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense troops of the Russian armed forces, was killed in a blast triggered by an improvised explosive device planted near his residence in Moscow. He leaves behind a legacy of eye-opening findings.

☣️On Illegal US Bio-Research

Revelations by Russia’s Defense Ministry on illegal biological experiments at the Prestige Biotech’s California laboratory touched off a US Congressional investigation. The US Department of State played a direct role in the Biosecurity Engagement Program, which was initiated by ex-President Barack Obama, Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov revealed in one of the Ministry of Defense briefings.

The program’s priority areas for implementation include the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Ukraine, and Africa.

Third-party contractors, intermediaries, and NGOs—such as Metabiota, CH2M Hill, and EcoHealth Alliance—are utilized to serve the interests of clients like the State Department, Pentagon, FBI, and CIA, as well as for military biological research.

“Unconditional deterrence of adversaries” from using weapons of mass destruction against Washington and its allies has become one of the points of the new US national strategy, it was noted.
