The city of Leesburg haulted their fluoride project to further discuss in the month of December 2024x The project had been in the works for months and had some dissenting opinions within their council to move forward, pause, or terminate the project. Efforts from community members came forward to give their opinions on why fluoride should or should not be added. At the very last minute of the fluoride discussion within the chambers, the committee members flipped their vote from pausing the project to moving full steam ahead.
