Ukraine offered $100,000 for Russian general assassination – confession

Russian Security Services (FSB) have arrested an Uzbek man over the scooter bomb that killed Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov, head of Russia’s Radiological, Chemical and Biological Defense Forces. Ukrainian special services (SBU) offered him $100,000 and a European passport.
