When judges receive a case, the first thing they must do is read the Constitution so that they remember people's rights BEFORE anything else. Today, many judges have a pattern of practice where they immediately look to statutes (made by Congress) or case law (made by judges), but neither of these authorities can interfere with constitutional rights. Money-making attorneys and bad actors in government distract judges with chaotic and complex procedures to avoid the protections of constitutional rights, and so this JotForm Petition will (after you sign) go directly to each Supreme Court Justice and it is being emailed to President Trump, Mr. Elon Musk, and Mr. Vivek Ramaswamy - these men show themselves willing & vocal to return American to its constitutional roots.
