Without an amazing pocketknife the situation would be way worse! This is the brand-new version of Spyderco’s Manix 2 Lightweight that now features an improved design. Which means that now it comes with screws instead of rivets - giving us the long-awaited option to disassemble our knife, in case we wanted to repair it, install an upgrade, or just simply give it a thorough cleaning.

The Manix 2 arrives in this red Spyderco box, alongside a love letter, and of course this pretty cool sticker. And it's such a cool knife that it also got the interest of my adorable doggy. And I kind of get Winston’s excitement, because there is a lot to like here.

My version of the Manix 2 comes with S110V premium blade steel, that Spyderco usually pairs up with these dark blue FRN scales. Plus, we also got an amazing ball bearing locking mechanism for a finger safe one-handed operation…
