Hope at Christmas

In 2021, I experienced a mental breakdown during the chaos of the pandemic. I asked my wife what her biggest takeaway was from that time. She said, ‘Episodes like this affect the whole family, not just the one suffering, and people need to know they’re not alone – especially during the holidays.’ I wrote this song to share that hope.
