Deputy Siler Says HE MAKES THE LAWS! (raw footage)

Deputy Siler of Clearwater, Florida says that when you are in a public building he makes the laws. He is lying and acting under color of law (i.e. illegally). This encounter is essentially an abuse or power and misconduct by a sheriff deputy. It is harassment. 12/17/24

Note Deputy Siler makes reference to his ability to record sound because the airports record sound. First, I don't know if it is the case that airports record sound. I have no proof of that. Second, airports are federal. This courthouse where he was harassing me, under the false pretense of dictorial rule, is a state courthouse, not federal. In such, Siler is not comparing apples to apples.

Before I had that conversation with Deputy Siler, Deputy Blackmon had told me I had to go through the screener again because I had my hands in my pocket. I did it without thinking about it...initially. But after, I asked why and if he was saying the screener wouldn't be able to tell if I had something in my hand. He said it was a rule. He was rude and arrogant. It appeared that he was just pulling a power trip on me.

I asked to see the rules. Neither Deputy Blackmon nor Deputy Siler were willing to show me the rules...specifically, the rule rule that said I couldn't have my hands in my pockets when going through the screener.

Like I told Deputy Blackmon, I'm not your slave. Deputies don't make laws. They only enforce laws. When they use their position to intimidate, harass and otherwise violate the law, they are acting 'under color of law', which simply means that they are acting illegally.

Deputy Siler said that he knew I had been arrested in another county for not doing what I was told to do by a deputy in a courthouse. I hadn't told him my name or my situation. I asked how he knew. He said another deputy told him. Sounds like stalking to me...like deputies are using facial recognition (or the like) to again info which they are then biasly using against people. It's true that I spent three days in jail in Sarasota after entering the courthouse to go to the law library...yet, I hadn't broken the law. It sounds like Deputy Siler thinks I should be cowering and afraid of him because some other deputy illegally arrested me.

Deputy Siler is acting as if he knows the courts will side with him and that a citizen can't get a fair trial. He's been on the force for 26 years. Just think how many times he's done people wrong for him to become this arrogant and cocky about violating a citizen's rights.... oh...my...goodness.

It's called assault and battery when you are illegally arrested. When they falsely arrest you, it's a false arrest (i.e. illegal) When they illegally handcuff you, it's called false imprisonment. When they illegally transport you and illegally imprison you, it's called kidnapping. Deputy Siler is very smug about all these illegalities. He's even very cocky about going to court, as if he is aware that a citizen will not get a fair day in court.

I'm far less impressed with his antics than he is. He gives good deputies a bad name.

At the end of the video, he makes it clear that he believes I'll never get around to dealing with it...and he'll just go on harassing people under color of law...acting like a dictator.
