FBI Whistleblower Garret O’Boyle says the unexplained drone sightings seem to be conducting some sort of scan over the Northeast. “If I was a betting man, I would bet that it’s either a DOD asset or a DHS asset that is doing some type of scan for reasons unknown at this point or at least reasons that the government isn’t releasing yet,” he says.
