14 Miles out, and NO Curvature!!!

Please explain why you can see headlights 9 feet off the water level, at 14 miles out.

There should be over 80 feet of hidden curvature according to the earths curvature calculator on google. The boat should be completely gone! Also, the gas station should be over the curve ... go figure
