Christmas is always a magical time of year. Certainly, the establishment in Washington is always happy pulling the strings of freedom, wealth, and health of the American people like a Santa Claus marionette. The outgoing Biden Administration, despite the best efforts of medical professionals, have yet again used the Executive Branch to protect Big Pharma. The declaration extension of "safety" measures taken in 2020 is under the PREP Act but is something that Congress could have stopped all along. While Christmas is always a time of love and wonder, this really makes you wonder.

Merry Christmas!
It certainly is a magical and joyful time of year.
However, the real magic seems to always be in the hands of the sitting President. Despite the FDA having been forced to release millions of pages of documents related to the Emergency Use Authorization (EUA) of the Pfizer brand of injectable technology by a U.S. District Judge in Texas that was prompted by Public Health and Medical Professionals for Transparency, the Biden's have extended the pandemic's emergency declaration under the Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP) known as PREP. The extension lets Big Pharma off the hook for the entirety of the second Trump term with its' expiration just after Christmas in 2029.
The government will continue development and stockpiling efforts with the claim that outbreaks still pose a threat to public health.
The sad part is that Congress could have ended this by passing a joint resolution that, even if vetoed by the President, could've been overwritten with a two-thirds majority in both houses.
Christmas is always a time of love and wonder and this really Makes you wonder.
