Andreessen discusses how he was told that AI will be 2-3 big tech companies and those will be controlled by gov.

Andreessen mentions how AI math/technology is already in public domain, how can it be controlled? It’s explained (by gov?) that it was done during Cold War where entire areas of physics were removed from public domain.
