Paper Bag [1969] [funk]

Unfortunetly, little is known about this track or the person responsible for it. However, it has graced the ears of many artists over the years and clearly had its influence over funk and dance music that continued into the 1980's. Although unknown, he has unofficially been credited for crafting the street lore behind the infamous "paper bag covering a less than desirable face concept." Anyone growing up in the 70's 80's or 90's knows exactly what I mean. Lets take a moment and sample this remastered relic.
