Ingredients
For the Main Dish:
• 700g salted codfish (desalted) (To cook in water with 1 Onion, 5 garlic cloves, 1 Small pinch of salt)
• 500g Prawn (Season with: 1 pinch of salt, 1 Tsp garlic powder, 1 Tsp smoked paprika)
• 200g chorizo
• 2 medium onions (about 200g)
• 2 medium carrots (about 100g)
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 Tbsp Garlic paste
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 2 tbsp lemon juice (about 30ml)
• 3 slices of old bread (about 100g)
• 100ml warm milk (for soaking the bread)
• 100 ml cooking cod water
• Olive oil
• 1 tbsp fish sauce
• 200ml fish/prawn stock/chicken stock
• 100 ml White wine
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
• 50g breadcrumbs (for topping)
• 25g grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
• 150g Prosciutto thin
• Olive Oil
For the Sauce:
• 50g butter
• 50g flour
• 500ml fish/prawn stock/chicken stock
• 100g mozzarella cheese (grated)
• Salt and pepper (to taste)
