Man pulled from Intracoastal Waterway in Lantana dies

A man is dead after trying to retrieve his fishing net from Intracoastal Waterway in Lantana. 41-year-old Jin Bo Qiu was throwing a cast net from the pier at the Lantana bridge when it either snagged or came off his wrist, according to police. Bystanders said he drifted with the current and went under, coming up only one more time to scream for help.
